I couldn’t be any more satisfied with the work from BAL-CAR- AUTOMOTIVE LOCKSMITH! I’m a mechanic and constantly driving around in vehicles that are not mine and I tend to forget the keys when I rush out of the Vehicle. I called 8 local “very reputable” “In Business for 10 Years” .. Bla Bla Bla at 2pm .. all dead ends. The minute Bal-Car Received my call they asked for the address to head out my way! They made it to the West side in 20 minutes (I timed it) . Once the gentleman arrives, my Van is back on the road in 2 minutes! Extremely professional .. VERY RELIABLE! Just got a new key FOB for my 2015 Tahoe. Called, gave my car info, sent a picture of my current FOB, and had an appointment for the next morning. Said it could take 30 to 60 minutes. Well it only took about 25 minutes! Bonus! They were also able to come on Fort Bliss where I was so I didn’t have to drive anywhere. I waited in the car and chatted to the new guy while the FOB was being programmed. Very friendly, very fast, and very affordable compared to the dealership. I highly recommend this company. The best part was the communication, they texted and called when they were arriving. They also gave me an option of aftermarket or Chevy fob for more money. I lost my keys to my BMW. So I called the dealer and they say I would have to bring my car, buy the FOB, pay for the door key and pay for the programing all in a period of a week (they had to order the FOB). I didn't mentioned that i had to tow the car to the dealership since I HAVE NO KEY ... LOL. So I called BAL-CAR, the lady said, we have the FOB available now, is this afternoon good for you?.. a couple of hour later, BAL-CAR show at may home (did I mentioned I live in NewMexico?) worked on my car, I paid for two entire keys (FOB and door key) and had my car running in no time sharp. Balcar1 is more than a 5 🌟! Exceptional service, from Ana who took our call, and to Christian who came out in record time to unlock our vehicle (and make extra keys!). It was not as simple as ‘just unlocking’ and they made it look so simple and was just so quick. They were so friendly and so communicative the entire time Christian was enroute. The vehicle was in long term parking at the airport and so that was complicated just finding the vehicle but Christian drove right up. Such an awesome, knowledgeable and friendly group! Normally I don't leave reviews, but I have to give Marco a "shout-out". I had a problem with my car key not going in the ignition leaving my vehicle pretty much useless. I called Marco explained the issue and within 2 hrs he was already at my house fixing the ignition. Not only did he fix the ignition, he also saved me a lot of money compared to what the dealership was going to charge me. Marco is AWESOME! I would definitely recommend him for any locksmith problems. I would give him 10 stars but it only allows 5 😎. ~ K T

The technician was very respectful on the phone and gave me a prompt appointment time. He was able to be at my house within the hour and gave me notice that he was on his way and also when he got here. I had a key in my hand in less than 15 min. and offered me a few other services such as a fob to go with it. Everything was affordable. All in all, great experience. It’s definitely a stressful moment when ever you lock your self from your own vehicle. Especially whenever inside Ft. Bliss since not everybody has access.
